Sean Monahan is a board member and partner with A.T. Kearney and is leader of the firm's Operations & Performance Transformation Practice in the Americas region. Sean has extensive experience helping clients transform their supply chain capabilities to enable their strategic intent. He specializes in operations (plan, source, make, deliver), strategy, and execution across the consumer products, retail, agricultural pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, and high-tech sectors. Sean is based in A.T. Kearney's New York office.
Sean is an active speaker and thought leader and has been quoted by major global media including The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. He also contributes to important global conversations such as the World Economic Forum Agenda. Sean is a member of the Supply Chain 50 and a former board member of the Supply Chain Council. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, including conferences for the Grocery Manufacturers Association and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Before joining A.T. Kearney, Sean was the vice president of operations for Moorman Manufacturing, a diversified agribusiness. Sean earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania and his MBA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
