Competencies and skills really matter when it comes to landing your dream job or pursuing your dream career with such competitive international organizations as the United Nations. There are lots of opportunities at the UN for CUNY students looking to make a difference in the world as well as within the UN/NGO community. We will show you where to look.
CUNY Civic Meetup in partnership with the United Nations Association of New York, will provide CUNY students exclusive access to information and insider tips about how to navigate the UN system and apply for UN jobs as well as learn about NGO volunteer opportunities that help build the skills specifically needed to work at the UN.
In order to attend, you must be a current student of CUNY and you will need to be a member of UNA-NYC. Membership is free for 25 years of age and under. By attending, you'll become a member UNA-NYC and gain access to exceptional events, networking opportunities, and, most importantly, the chance to be an equal partner in the future of the UN and its global impact!
Interested in your own school or organization partnering with UNA-NYC? Send us an email at info@unanyc.org.
