UNA-NYC 2023 Highlights — A Message from our Executive Director

Dear UNA-NYC Members and Friends,

On behalf of the Board of the United Nations Association of New York, I wish you a peaceful holiday season.

Here is a short video of some highlights of our year.

This year we have presented 21 programs to provide you with valuable insights into pressing global issues faced by the United Nations.  From our Worldview Institute seminars and our ambassador, author and film series throughout the year, we have continued on our journey of education and advocacy.  We had timely conversations about refugees, the issues of technology and its role in advancing the status of girls and women, the global water and sanitation crisis and the challenges of meeting the UN SDG goals by 2030.

As we reflect on the past year, we thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to the mission of the United Nations Association of New York.

Looking ahead to the coming year, we are excited about the potential for even greater impact, positive change and inspiring collective action towards a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world.
