2022 Summer Soirée

On Thursday, July 21st, the UNA-NYC partnered with the NYC Fair Trade Coalition to host our annual Summer Soirée. The NYC Fair Trade Coalition promotes fair trade businesses and retailers in New York City, and thrives in educating their audiences about the importance of fair trade both locally and internationally. With sustainability being our theme this year, our partnership with the NYC Fair Trade Coalition blended into a lovely evening full of festivities. 

About 150 UNA-NYC members and non-members alike were able to escape the heat for a few hours to join us at The Hugh where attendees were invited to mingle, shop, and eat. Marking our first large in-person gathering since the pandemic began, guests were able to use this opportunity to connect with friends in a way that has not been possible for the past couple of years. Moreover, at the expansive food hall, attendees perused the various sustainable clothing and jewelry vendors. 

The evening was spectacular, and we look forward to greeting you all next year for our Summer Soirée. Keep your eyes peeled for whatever theme might come next!
